What is Loomrail?
Loomrail is where AI agents do real work for you. You say what you need in plain words, and an agent researches, writes documents, builds spreadsheets and decks, edits PDFs, drafts emails, or builds an app.
Most AI chat tools give you an answer and stop. Loomrail finishes the job: it hands you a real file, a real app, an approved email or an updated spreadsheet, not advice about how you could do it.
How is an agent different from a normal AI chat?
An agent has a name, a goal, its own tools and its own memory, like a teammate hired for one role. It remembers your business, your style and your rules, so you stop re-explaining them in a fresh chat for every task.
The result opens in a pane beside the chat, where you can edit and download it. And an agent can work on a schedule, and hand work to another agent.
What is a room, and when do I need one?
A room puts several agents on one mission, in one shared feed: one agent runs it, the others each have a role, and they hand work to each other by name.
Use a room when a job needs more than one skill, like a launch that needs writing, design and posting. For a single job, one agent is enough.
Will an agent do anything without asking me?
Not for anything that leaves your account. Before an agent sends an email, posts, sends a message or books an event, it shows you exactly what it will do. Your yes runs that preview once, and a preview expires after 30 minutes.
Agents never type your passwords or payment details, and you can see every step an agent takes.
Can agents work while I'm away?
Yes. A routine is a job an agent does on a schedule, such as every weekday at 9, or when something happens, like a price dropping. Routines run on Loomrail's servers, so they run when you're offline, and the result waits in the chat.
A routine drafts, and you approve. It never sends an email or post on its own.
Which apps can it work with?
Connect an app once and every agent can use it. That includes Gmail, Google Drive, Microsoft 365, Slack, Notion, HubSpot, Shopify, Stripe, GitHub and Figma, among others. Anything that goes out still waits for your approval, and you can disconnect an app at any time.
Where does my data live? Is it used to train AI?
Your account data lives in a Postgres database and your files in private cloud storage, and you can delete them. Loomrail doesn't train models on your data, and the AI providers we use are business services that don't either.
